I graduated college at 21 with two degrees, started my career producing commercials and ads at a news station, and at 22, after being put on a performance improvement plan that came out of no where… I quit and never looked back.
I went on to run marketing for a half-billion-dollar staffing firm at 22 years old with just one other marketing manager, and wow, do you learn a lot about marketing and sales in this environment. Then I started Diedrich Marketing Strategied, built it to 23 DFY clients, hit a wall, burned out, and rebuilt everything from scratch, leaner, more aligned, and infinitely more profitable.
